Jessica Ann Fernandez is the founder and owner of The House of Neptune Interior Design.  Born in Newport Beach & raised in the San Fernando Valley, Jessica is like - totally a California girl.  Her passion has always been for design…even as a child she would re-decorate her room often (needless to say that her Barbie house was completely decked out).  Choosing to earn an A.A. in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising was an obvious path.

Jessica began her career in design 18 years ago, and has collaborated on renovations from Calabasas to Dana Point.  Through her spiritual approach, Jessica refreshes her clients homes and creates a more luxurious environment that is uplifting and supportive of relaxation.  She uses her understanding of space clearing, the psychology of color, and even the ancient modalities of Feng Shui and Ayurveda to come up with modern solutions for her clients.
